Accessibility information

We want everyone to be able to use the Team Bomba Join website. This page explains the accessibility standard we use as an improvement target and summarises rules that may apply to some organisations and services. It is not a legal opinion, an accessibility statement required by law, or a claim that this website conforms to a standard.

Our accessibility target

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our chosen target for accessibility reviews and improvements. WCAG is a technical standard for web content. Choosing it as a target does not mean that the website has been independently audited or that it currently conforms. WCAG 2.2 is not automatically the legal standard for every private website.

Public-sector websites in the Netherlands

Dutch public-sector bodies must make the websites and apps for which they are responsible accessible and publish and maintain an accessibility statement. That statement must describe and link to a feedback mechanism so people can report accessibility barriers and request information; it must also link to the complaint or enforcement route to use if the response is inadequate. This requirement applies to public-sector bodies and the digital services under their responsibility, not automatically to every private organisation. Dutch DigiToegankelijk guidance currently describes WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA. EN 301 549 V4.1.1, published in September 2026, incorporates WCAG 2.2, but publication alone does not establish that this version has become the formally cited legal reference. Check the current official standard status before making a compliance statement.

European Accessibility Act

Since 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act has applied to specified products and services, including certain consumer-facing e-commerce services. It does not make every website subject to the same requirements: whether a website is part of a covered service depends on what the service does and the applicable national rules. The Directive exempts microenterprises providing services from the service accessibility requirements; whether an organisation qualifies must be assessed against the legal definition. We have not assessed whether Team Bomba Join or any service it provides falls within scope.

What we can confirm

We have not made a legal assessment of Team Bomba Join’s organisational status, the services it provides, or any applicable exemptions. We therefore do not state that the organisation is legally in scope, legally exempt, or compliant with the requirements described above. We also do not claim that this website conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. A conformance claim would require appropriate testing of complete pages and user journeys.

Report an accessibility barrier

We welcome reports of barriers. This page is general accessibility information, not a formal accessibility statement, and we have not confirmed Team Bomba Join’s legal status or established a dedicated monitored feedback and complaint procedure. If such a procedure is legally required, a working contact route and response process must be provided; please confirm the appropriate contact details before this page is used as an official statement or published to production.
